How to enter into the share market?

We must have bank
account to enter in share market. Simply go to bank and fill up the form
given by bank then show the needed documents and wait for some time then your bank
account will opened soon .
Now you have to open demat account. Now understand about demat account : it is the account similar like bank account but we save or collect our shares in this account , in past people used to buy share certificates as share ownership but nowadays we use demat account to store our shares. Opening demat account is also similar like bank account opening process. The bank where you open your bank will be known as DP in share related work after now. You can also open this account with the help of Stock Broker Company
Now you have to open “MERO
SHARE ACCOUNT” in similar bank and use it to apply on Ipo’s offered by
Companies. Simply you have to fill form to open this account . after sometime
you will get your Mero share account details and CRN number also. The cost of
opening this account is Rs.150-250 in average. Basically MERO SHARE
is a mobile application used to apply IPO. It is the only one apps to fill
IPO application in NEPAL. You need to have minimum Rs 1000 in your bank account
to apply in ordinary share. And you have to reset you password then you can use
your demat account .

Now the Steps of applying in the ipo are:
Step 1: Open mero share
account
Step 2: Login with necessary
detail
Step 3: Click on My ASBA
Step 4: click on current issue
Step 5: Click on apply (side
of company’s name)
Step 6: enter desired quantity
of share
Step 7: Enter you CRN
number given by your bank.
Step 8 : Click on the checkbox
then click on apply .
Your IPO Application is
completed .
